Duties of the Social-Cultural and Sports Activities Commission
- The Social-Cultural and Sports Activities Commission and its members are formed by the Dean and carry out their activities after the approval of the Board of Directors. The Dean chairs the Commission when necessary.
- Evaluates the social, cultural and sports activities planned to be held within the faculty.
- It examines the applications of institutions and organizations that apply to hold events outside the institution and decides whether or not to grant permission.
- Follows up the organization regarding the planned events.
- Documents the organizations made.
- The commission meets at least twice a year; the decisions taken at the meetings are recorded in minutes and summary information is published on the faculty website.
- Commission members continue their duties until a new appointment is made. A new appointment is made by the Dean's Office in place of a member who leaves for any reason.
- Members are required to attend meetings, and those who do not attend without a valid excuse will be subject to evaluation.
