Duties of the Clinical Education Quality and Compliance Commission
- The Clinical Education Quality and Compliance Commission and its members are formed by the Dean and carry out their activities after the approval of the Board of Directors. The Dean chairs the Commission when necessary.
- Evaluate the content and scope of clinical rotations.
- Ensuring the integration of objective assessment tools such as OSCE and DOPS
- Monitoring the variety and number of cases and managing external clinic protocols
- Establishing clinical quality assurance (QA) procedures
- Preparing Clinical Skills Laboratory according to EAEVE and VEDEK criteria
- Monitoring Clinical Skills Laboratory deficiencies and usage
- Clinical Skills Laboratory ensuring occupational health and safety
- Ensuring that the activities of students using the Clinical Skills Laboratory are recorded on tracking cards
- Statistical evaluation of success criteria before and after the use of Clinical Skills Laboratory
- Conducting a satisfaction survey for students about the Clinical Skills Laboratory
- Making a project on the use and development of Clinical Skills Laboratory
- Organizing In-Service Training courses for Graduate Physicians in the Clinical Skills Laboratory for new diagnosis and treatment.
- Coordinated work with the Dean's Office and the Education and Training Commission on education quality standardization.
- The commission meets at least twice a year; the decisions taken at the meetings are recorded in minutes and summary information is published on the faculty website.
- Commission members continue their duties until a new appointment is made. A new appointment is made by the Dean's Office in place of a member who leaves for any reason.
- Members are required to attend meetings, and those who do not attend without a valid excuse will be subject to evaluation.
