Duties of the HEK Separation Commission
- The HEK allocation Commission and its members are formed by the dean and carry out their activities after the approval of the board of directors. The dean chairs the Commission when necessary.
- It is decided that all devices and materials used within the faculty should be destroyed due to their wear and tear and unusability over time.
- Examines the devices to be allocated to HEK and prepares the final report on the usability of the device.
- If the device is not usable, the necessary report is prepared for its destruction.
- For usable devices, it notifies the relevant unit that the device requested to be allocated to HEK has not completed its economic life and is still usable.
- Commission members continue their duties until a new appointment is made.
- If a commission member leaves for any reason, a new member is appointed by the dean's office.
- Commission members are required to attend meetings unless they have an official excuse.
- Members are required to attend meetings, and those who do not attend without a valid excuse will be subject to evaluation.
