IVSA Elazığ Student Community Technical Trip Completed

As part of a technical trip organized by the IVSA Elazığ Student Community of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Fırat University, active members of the community, accompanied by their advisors Prof. Dr. Pınar Tatlı Seven and Prof. Dr. İsmail Seven, visited the Matlı - Proyem Diyarbakır Production Facility in Diyarbakır on May 11, 2026.

During the technical trip, students had the opportunity to gain practical knowledge about animal nutrition practices, feed production processes, and the importance of nutrition in metabolic diseases in veterinary medicine. The production systems within the facility were introduced in detail by experts. Information was also provided about the machinery and feed raw materials used in feed factories, aiming to enhance the students' professional knowledge and experience.

In addition to the technical trip, students also had the opportunity to explore the historical and cultural riches of Diyarbakır with a guide. Thus, the event was a productive organization that contributed to both the professional development and the social and cultural enrichment of prospective veterinarians.
