As it is known, within the scope of TÜBİTAK-Research Support Programmes Directorate (ARDEB) "1001-Scientific and Technological Research Projects Support Programme", "Special Call for Earthquake Region Universities-BINBİRÇABA" was opened on 1 March 2023. Within the scope of the call, applications were made with R&D projects and projects focused on the needs of the city and/or region where the university where the application was made in the Earthquake Region was located were evaluated primarily. Up to this point, 12 projects have received approval, with a combined budget of approximately 15 million Turkish Lira. The projects are especially research projects submitted by universities in the Earthquake Region in cooperation with each other, and in this context, cooperation has been made with researchers from universities in the provinces of Adıyaman, Malatya, Hatay, Diyarbakır, Kahramanmaraş in the Earthquake Region.
