I would like to extend my warmest congratulations to you, our esteemed academics, who are the most important representatives of the "One Health" approach, which encompasses not only animal health but also human and environmental health, on World Veterinary Day.
Today, issues of global importance such as zoonotic diseases, food safety, and sustainable environment once again demonstrate the vital role of veterinary medicine. In this context, your contributions to public health, both through your scientific studies and the students you train, are extremely valuable.
I thank each of you individually for your efforts, dedication, and academic knowledge in the development of our faculty; and I wish you continued health, success, and productive work.
I hope that this meaningful day will strengthen professional solidarity and contribute to the further spread of "One Health" awareness.
Sincerely,
Prof.Dr.Kazım ŞAHİN
