Dear Colleagues,

As members of a multifaceted and vital profession that touches every aspect of life—from animal health to human health, environmental protection to food safety—we celebrate World Veterinary Day with great pride and honor.

Veterinary medicine is not only about treating animal diseases but also encompasses critical responsibilities such as preventing infectious diseases, ensuring food safety, preserving environmental sustainability, and adopting the “One Health” approach, which integrates human, animal, and environmental health as a whole.

With your valuable contributions through clinical services, academic studies, scientific research, and fieldwork, you play significant roles in safeguarding public health and guiding the scientific community.
