51st Term Graduates Were Farewelled

Fırat University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine bid farewell to its 51st term graduates with an enthusiastic ceremony. The graduation ceremony held at the Atatürk Cultural Center was attended by Rector Prof. Dr. Fahrettin Göktaş, Vice Rectors, Institute Directors, Faculty Deans, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine academicians and families of graduating students. The ceremony was attended by the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Student Community VETAKORT, which presented a folk dance show and a musical recital. As part of the graduation ceremony, top student Nurcan Demircan, Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Kazım Şahin, Elazığ Veterinary Chamber President Cazim Bulut and Rector Prof. Dr. Fahrettin Göktaş each gave speeches. Following the speeches, graduation certificates were presented to the 51st term graduates. In addition, plaques were given to graduates who actively took part in the student communities within the faculty. The ceremony continued with a speech by the Department of Veterinary Medicine History, Deontology and Ethics Academic Member Prof. Dr. The Veterinary Doctor Oath was recited by Abdullah Özen to the graduating students. The graduation ceremony, full of enthusiasm and pride, ended with the students throwing their caps into the air.
